Join us this June 26-28 for a weekend of celebration and community by participating virtually in the inaugural Brave The Storm 5k to shine a light on mental health.
Register to run, walk or hike a 5k in the location of your choice and be a part of the inspiration and movement to spread hope and end the stigma around mental illness.
We invite you to register and participate for reasons that are important to you — for health, for wellbeing, for a loved one. Whatever your motivation may be, join us for this event and help us spread a message of hope.
How this will work:
Brave The Storm 5k will be taking place at your location of choice on either Friday, June 26; Saturday, June 27; or Sunday, June 28.
Registration is free for the Brave The Storm 5k, with the option to donate and fundraise for This Is My Brave. There is also the option to register for free plus order a race t-shirt by visiting www.bonfire.com/brave-the-storm-5k/. All participants interested in receiving a t-shirt will need to register no later than Monday, June 8th.
All participants will be e-mailed a print-at-home bib to wear while completing the 5k. We encourage participants to share with friends and family, as well as on Instagram (or your favorite social media platform) with #BraveTheStorm20 and tag us @thisismybrave.
